Unite Colorado serves partners in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Gilpin and Jefferson counties. Our community champions include the United Way of Pueblo County.
Unite Colorado is part of a groundbreaking multi-state initiative, including Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. This work ensures that communities and individuals can seamlessly access much-needed resources and services, such as food, employment, transportation, and housing, through collaboration with local community-based organizations. Partners are connected through a unified network, powered by Unite Us, to support their clients across state lines.
United Way of Pueblo County has a longstanding history of serving as a connector for both nonprofits and individuals in our community. We are very excited to partner with Unite Colorado to better connect those in need with the resources available, while also making the referral process more streamlined for our hardworking nonprofit partners. Having a shared system will improve individual outcomes and provide critical localized data about needs which will help inform how we prioritize and leverage valuable community resources
